From a conversation to a shared agreement

This parenting collection is for discussion; it is not a separate saved questionnaire. To record an agreement together, open the general private questionnaire and choose the relationship and family model that fits you. It is not limited to these parenting questions.

  1. Answer separately and invite your partner with their own link.
  2. Discuss differences and write your parenting decisions in the shared notes.
  3. Both approve the notes and separately consent to AI before creating an editable draft.
  4. Review the draft. After both approve the final text, keep your private access link. Email verification is optional and helps recover access.

Use general wording: do not enter children’s names, school, address, or medical records. Notes do not change custody or legal parental rights.
