Clear About Us is published and operated by DowidAI, currently an independent product studio. This name does not represent that an incorporated legal entity has already been formed.

Purpose of the service

Clear About Us provides questionnaires, comparisons, and conversation prompts that may help adults discuss expectations. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with people who voluntarily choose to participate.

Age requirement

The service is intended only for people age 18 and older. Do not use the service on behalf of a minor or submit a child’s personal information through it. The materials are educational and informational.

Not professional advice

The service is not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or couples-therapy advice. It does not create an attorney-client or therapist-client relationship. Recorded expectations are not automatically contracts and may not be legally enforceable.

Free beta

The optional saved-draft feature is currently free. Saving, downloads, version history, and later revisions do not require payment. It creates an educational discussion draft, not a legal agreement or electronic signature. Paid features are planned; their price and terms will be shown before any purchase. No payment will be charged automatically.

Shared version history

In the saved-draft beta, either partner can propose a change, but it becomes the current version only after both approve it. Either may close the space to new edits; both must approve reopening or request deletion. Closing does not revoke access to already approved versions. A deletion request pauses edits and may be withdrawn before the other partner confirms. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Safety

Do not use the service to pressure, monitor, threaten, or control another person. If there is violence, coercion, stalking, or immediate danger, do not rely on a joint questionnaire; contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified organization.

Public comments

You may submit article comments without an account. Every new comment is reviewed before publication. Comments must relate to the discussion and must not contain harassment, threats, impersonation, advertising, links, illegal material, or another person’s private information. We may limit posting, hide reported comments, restore comments after review, or remove content and access when reasonably necessary. Publication does not mean that Clear About Us endorses a comment.

Your responsibilities

• Do not submit unlawful content or another person’s sensitive information without permission.
• Independently verify AI-generated suggestions and important information.
• Consult qualified professionals before legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.

The product is an early-stage service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may update these terms as the product develops; the date above identifies the current version.
